FILIPINO AMERICAN JAZZ FESTIVAL

On behalf of the Jazz Festival Staff, we would like to thank you and all the supporters of the San Francisco Filipino American Jazz Festival. With your continued belief in the Festival, its artists, and its mission, we were able to come back and present the Festival 2009. It is now truly an annual event. We did it!

The Festival would not have been possible without the love and support from the crew that has worked all year to plan the event and make it happen . It has truly been a labor of love. Thank you all - to the 16th Annual Pistahan, the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, FANHS, PAWA, Paz Design, the volunteers, sponsors, donors, the media, the artists, and our jazz kababayans.

In the coming months, the Festival will again present The Pinoy - Pinay Jazz Series in local venues and special events. The series will showcase the Festival artists, providing opportunities to meet them and further enjoy their music. Our website will be updated soon to include photos and videos of the Festival, performance updates, and related events in the Pinoy jazz community. Let's keep the fires burning and ready for the 3rd Annual Festival in August of 2010!

Again, our deepest thanks for your overwhelming love and support of the Festival. We look forward to our next celebration together.
